I’ve only ordered digital portraits from Royal Portraits so far, and they’ve been outstanding. I’ve placed five orders in total, and although one of them wasn’t quite to my liking at first, their customer service was brilliant. They got back to me straight away and suggested I send more photos of the person so they could capture her better — which they did.
Their communication is excellent, they sort any issues immediately, and the delivery time for digital portraits has consistently been around 3–4 days.
I’m very pleased with the quality and the service, and I would highly recommend Royal Portraits.

Overall not too happy with The final copy as I found the faces looked extremely Photoshop and digitalised and not natural like the photo advertised.
They were nice enough to try and fix the photo however still not a photo I would hang in my house
It was quick, easy and turned out great. I just wish they had more templates. I have already ordered two and want two more.
The face on one of the subjects was not as authentic as I would have hoped. On the whole it was a fun gift and worth the price. Our friends enjoyed it.
