Shipping policy

We are proud to offer free shipping on every order, anywhere in the world. No exceptions.


1. Order Processing & Production Time

After you place your order and submit your photo(s), we prepare a preview version within 1–2 business days. You may request revisions at no additional cost. Once you approve the final design, we begin printing or fulfilling the order.

Production (printing, framing, packaging) typically takes 3–7 business days. During peak demand or unforeseen delays, this time may increase, though we will notify you promptly of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders worldwide without charging for shipping. Here’s what to expect after dispatch:

  • USA domestic orders: 5–10 business days
  • Europe and nearby regions: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world / remote regions: 15–30 business days (or sometimes more, depending on local postal services)

These delivery estimates apply after your order is dispatched. They do not include production time, customs holds, or postal delays beyond our control.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Because we ship globally, your country’s customs or importation rules may apply. Any duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your government or postal service are your responsibility to pay upon delivery. We do **not** include or prepay those costs.

4. Delays, Exceptions & Disruptions

  • Delivery estimates do not account for weekends, public holidays, or extraordinary events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, customs holds).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, or misaddressed shipments due to inaccurate address input from the customer.
  • In case of any significant delay (beyond the upper bound of the estimate), we will notify you via email with status updates.
  • We reserve the right to change carriers or delivery methods as needed to ensure the most efficient fulfillment without affecting your cost (i.e. shipping remains free to you).

5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us promptly at info@theroyalportraits.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate and either replace the item or issue a refund (including shipping costs if fault lies on our end).

6. Digital Products & Downloads

For orders of digital files (downloadable portraits), no physical shipping occurs. The file will be delivered via email or download link once your revisions are approved.

7. Policy Updates & Effective Date

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately for future orders. The version of the policy in place at the time of your purchase governs your order.
