Welcome to The Royal Portraits, a service of Cet Tech LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using theroyalportraits.com (the “Site”) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place orders.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18+) to place orders.
  • The personal information you provide (name, email, address, photo(s)) must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account used for order communications.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Production

  • When you place an order, you submit a “Purchase Order.” All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., item out of stock, pricing error, inability to verify payment).
  • Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email and begin production of your artwork.
  • We aim to begin work within 24–48 hours of acceptance. Production times may be longer during peak times or unforeseen delays.
  • You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellation may incur a 20% cancellation fee, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing, Payment & Fees

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated, and cover artwork creation. Additional costs (printing, shipping, taxes, duties) will be shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices prior to your order submission.
  • By placing an order, you warrant that your payment method is valid and authorized. We use third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
  • If a product advertises “free shipping,” that applies only under conditions defined in our Shipping Policy.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide **unlimited free revisions** until you are fully satisfied, as governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Revisions generally must be requested within 30 days of your initial preview and do not extend to redesigns outside your original order’s scope.

6. Intellectual Property & License

  • You retain copyright in your submitted photo(s). By submitting, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide license to use them for creating your artwork, printing, and marketing (unless you request otherwise in writing).
  • We retain copyright in the custom artwork and design. After full payment, we grant you a nonexclusive, perpetual license to use the portrait for personal, noncommercial use (display, print, sharing). You must obtain written permission from us to use it commercially or resell it.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy outlines regions served, delivery timeframes, handling, customs/duties, and costs. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on revisions, refunds, returns, cancellation fees, and exceptions. That policy governs where there is inconsistency.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
  • We do not guarantee that the Site or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and may suspend or discontinue them at any time without notice.
  • Except where prohibited by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the order(s) in question.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of product use or site usage.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cet Tech LLC, The Royal Portraits, our staff, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions (photo(s)), or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (excluding conflict-of-law principles). Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Severability & Waiver

  • If any clause here is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all other clauses remain in force.
  • Failure to enforce any right or term is not a waiver of that right or term.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects such changes. New terms apply to orders placed after the change date; existing orders generally remain under the Terms in place at the time of purchase.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Site and your orders, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications.
